Everything we tried here was on another level, this is by far the best Japanese food in Lafayette La.

Highest quality food in a little out of the way place. Sushi fresh and flavorful served with traditional style. The place is not fancy but worth the visit. Prices are high but typical for sushi. Some excellent unexpected dishes here. Really worth the visit.

Delicious and beautiful food, very nice presentation in relaxed atmosphere. The hostess remembers repeat customers and brings hot towels and complimentary miso soup. I introduced friends to Fuji Sushi, and they loved it. The sushi and sashimi are fresh and delicious. The rolls are very creative. Always an outstanding experience.
